TERMS: Payment is due at time of pickup or delivery by cash or approved check. Net 30 Day terms, a completed credit application must be submitted and approved prior to shipping. On accounts over 30 days, interest will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month, amounting to 18% per annum.

ORDERS: We will call you upon digging your order. All orders must be shipped or picked up within 5 days after digging.

SHIPPING: We work with several experienced tree carriers in our area. We will be happy to arrange for the shipping of your order. Trucking firms generally require payment upon delivery. All goods travel at the purchaser’s risk and expense.

WARRANTY: We guarantee our trees to be true to name as described. The purchaser assumes all risks and responsibilities of planting, growth, and life of purchased stock.

WILL CALL ORDERS: Please see that your truck has adequate tarps, blocks, and ropes to protect your trees. In order to serve you better and schedule our shipping properly, please phone us 24 hours in advance of pickup and allow sufficient time to complete loading by 4:00 PM. We are not responsible for the condition of your trees that are not picked up within 5 days of notification that your order is ready.

SALES TAX: The State of Iowa requires us to have a certificate of resale on file. Otherwise a 7% sales tax will be charged.

DESCRIPTIONS: The brief descriptions given are to help you in selecting trees. Use them as a guide. They are our observations of these trees under our growing conditions.

HOLDING YARD TREES & PRICING: We will again have a good selection of trees above ground for your summer planting needs. Trees purchased from the holding yard will have a $25.00 per tree handling and maintenance fee added. Handling fee may also apply to special dig orders.

ORDER DEFINITION: An order is defined as a single pickup or a single shipment.
